Location

• This 4 bedroom executive villa has a private heated pool, with hoist, and a level access shower. It is located within the beautiful and immaculately landscaped gardens of Calabay Parc, which is now firmly established and recognised as the premier vacation community near Disney.We have accessible shops and restaurants only a few minutes away, Disney is 20 minutes drive and we have golf courses, Fishing lakes, boat rides and many other attractions to choose from. 50 minutes to the Gulf coast.

Entrance Description

• Parking is available on the driveway. The pathway to the entrance is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair and there is a shallow ramp giving access to the front door.

Living Area Description

• Our spacious lounge overlooks the pool deck and is furnished with comfortable chairs and settees, the largest of which converts to a full size sofa bed for additional guests. The fully fitted kitchen has all the essential appliances including dishwasher, microwave and an ice machine in the freezer, and a separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The villa has 2 master suites, both with direct access to the pool deck, as well as a Disney twin and a full size double room.

Exterior Description

• Our villa backs onto woodland so is not overlooked from the rear. The pool faces East so gets the sun from early morning and we have planted either side of the deck for extra privacy. The pool, which can be heated on request, has a hoist and a handrail and a light inside for swimming at night We have a selection of sun loungers, 4 of which are 19” high to facilitate easier transfer from a wheelchair, and a shallow ramp provides access from the first master bedroom to the pool deck.
